I need an aspect in which we can manage members of the Board of each company in terms of their purchase of the company shares, a dashboard showing each member's shares controlled and a voting feature that allows shareholders in majority to follow and approval motions and proposals in governing decisions. I currently use tribevest.com for this feature.
