I recently bought the Worksuite system. I like the system and how it was build just simple but I want to have it customized based on the clients need. I would like to have an automation for steps and instruction on the steps needed for the next person who would have a tasks. I would like to have a system with a 9 step process. I would like to have AI integration for creating email or email template, I would like to have integration with any email so employee can email clients and internal people. I would like the zoom and calendar integration. I would like to have customer service chat, call and email and conversation from client and employee is being recorded and reflect as a note.
