I would like a quote for a workflow module designed for Worksuite, and I'm happy if you want to sell this module to other customers as well. This requirement has come about because I can see that WORKSUITTE is a good fit for a potential client I have. However, their client still wants to be able to automate its employee onboarding process and run marketing campaigns. It's useless to 'hardcode' these processes as they change fast, however by creating a workflow Module, we allow users to create and maintain workflow processes around modules (HR, Fiance, leads, clients, etc.) and allow for various triggers- time/ states/statuses, etc. to trigger actions in these processes. 1. User Case: User: The user is a Worksuite administrator or a business owner seeking to automate and streamline various processes such as employee onboarding, marketing campaigns, and client interactions.
• Objective: To efficiently manage and automate workflow processes across different modules (HR, Finance, Leads, Clients) within Worksuite, allowing for flexibility, customization, and automation triggers based on time lapsed, states, statuses, etc.

2. Functionality Specification:
2.1 Workflow Management: Create/Amend/Delete Workflows: The user can create, modify, and delete workflow processes based on specific business needs. Each workflow can be named for easy identification.
2.2 Workflow Triggers: Starting Points: The user can choose starting points for workflows from various modules such as Leads, Clients, HR, Finance, and Work Modules.
2.3 Communication Automation: Email/SMS Series: Users can set up and send a series of emails/SMS to leads, clients, or employees. Emails/SMS can request information, document completion, or contract signing. Attachments can be included in emails/SMS or linked to specific contracts or fields.
2.4 Workflow Scenarios: Create/Amend/Delete Scenario: Users can create, modify, and delete workflow scenarios for different purposes.

o Marketing Campaign: Emails/SMS to leads/customers in various states.
o Quote Follow-Up: Automated follow-ups for outstanding quotes.
